Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior ERP Developer – SAP Finance to support mission-critical financial systems for Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Government programs. This role will focus on SAP Financial Accounting (FI) configuration, development support, system integrations, testing, and production support while ensuring compliance with federal financial management and Treasury reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP FI, federal financial reporting processes, and implementation support for SFIA, GTAS, and SLOA requirements within SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, enhance, and support SAP FI solutions supporting federal financial operations
Implement and maintain SAP FI functionality supporting SFIA, GTAS, and SLOA requirements
Configure and support SAP FI modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting
Financial Close
Support Treasury reporting, USSGL compliance, and federal financial statement reporting requirements
Perform system analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities
Develop functional specifications and work with ABAP developers on custom reports, enhancements, interfaces, and conversions
Support integrations between SAP FI and MM, CO, FM, GM, Treasury, procurement, and external financial systems
Assist with interface development and support using APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, middleware, and web services
Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation activities
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, integration, and data-related issues
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
Work closely with Finance, Treasury, ABAP, Security, and Basis teams to support ongoing business and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on SAP FI implementation, configuration, and support experience.
Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Experience supporting Federal Government or DoD financial systems.

Strong troubleshooting, testing, and production support experience.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
Secret security clearance required
